Meet the ClockOn Board of Directors

Graham has had a long career in diagnostic Medical imaging and software development. He was on the staff of Gosford Hospital as a consultant radiologist from 1976 to 2013 and at the same time a partner in a private radiology practice in Gosford.

He and his partners introduced the first CT scanner to the Central Coast of NSW in 1985.

In the course of his long medical career he personally developed one of the first Radiology Information Systems in Australia, known as Medisys.

In 1995, he incorporated his IT concept into an Enterprise Agreement with his staff and went on to expand this into a national employment system after receiving a Commonwealth Government Start Grant in 1999.

Originally developed as a local area network based application, the product range has now evolved into a Cloud supported E-commerce function covering Time and Attendance Recording, Rostering, Payroll, Bureau Services and the Mobile space, supporting over 20,000 employees.

David has had 30 years of experience in the commercial and retail property sector as an executive and manager for a range of institutional investment and development companies, including Lend Lease, Colonial First State and Stockland. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney, and has worked in a professional capacity overseas in London and Lisbon. David’s experience brings to Clockon a strong commercial focus, people & team management experience and development skills and an extensive retail sector network. 

Tim has 40 + years of experience with more than 35 of these as a Partner/Director in an accounting practice. He is a Registered Company and Self-managed Superannuation Fund Auditor, Chartered Tax Adviser and a Fellow of Institute of Public Accountants. For 2 years Tim served as World Chair of PrimeGlobal, an international Association of Accountants, and was a Board member for more than 5 years. Tim is currently a member of a number of not-for-profit boards of directors and consults to a number of businesses on financial and business matters generally.

Lakshminarayanan Vaidyanathasamy (a.k.a. LNV Samy) joined ClockOn as its Chief Executive Officer in June 2017. He had previously been associated with the company as an adviser and consultant and joined the Board in 2015.

Prior to his recent appointment, he held senior executive positions with Unisys where he filled a number of roles, including those of Global Leader for Technology Program Management and Leader of the Technology Centers in Australia, China and India. He had previously held key positions in BAE Systems (Australia), Fujitsu Australia, and ABB India. 

He is an Advisory Board Member of the Allana Institute of Management Sciences, India and the SME Make-in-India Foundation which is focused on Rural Development in Karnataka and has recently joined the Advisory Board of that organisation.

He is a member of IEEE and a senior member of the Australian Computer Society. He has served as a member of a number of eminent industry bodies in Australia including the Industry Advisory Committee of Macquarie University, ICT R&D Roundtable and Austrade. He has published in a number of international engineering journals.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Honours) from the University of Madras, India, a Master’s degree in Technology, Software Engineering, from Macquarie University, Australia, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia.
